Our supported living pathways offer an alternative to residential care and help people with additional needs to live more independently in their communities.

Even though supported living offers added independence, you’ll still benefit from a specialist support team, empowering you to confidently manage your needs, navigate your newfound independence, and create the life you want to live.

Our supported living accommodation

We offer several types of supported living accommodation. As well as benefitting from our own established properties, we partner with specialist housing providers to ensure we find the right home for your needs and circumstances.

Independent living

We offer you the option to live independently in your own flat with a level of support that’s right for your needs. You might choose to live in one of our properties or we can work with you and your housing provider to source a property that meets your needs. Our expert teams will support you to manage your tenancy and arrange for any adaptations to be made to the property before you move in.
