Nursing Care Homes

Our residential nursing care homes provide essential clinical support to people with learning disabilities and other complex needs. Through person-centred care, we ensure individual health and social needs are expertly managed, so the people we support can focus on maximising their independence

Located in several areas across the country, our expert teams provide 24-hour nursing care within a comfortable, safe home environment, so you can live a happy and healthy life.

We also have flexible nursing support options, offering both respite and community-based programmes.

Our specialist teams

We benefit from highly skilled teams who share a combination of clinical knowledge, compassion, patience, and empathetic understanding. Each team member receives specialist training to effectively support people with a range of complex health conditions and clinical needs, including:

Percutaneous Endoscopic Gastrostomy (PEG) feeding

Multiple Sclerosis (MS) management

Diabetes management and insulin administration

Pressure and wound care

Epilepsy management

Using person-centred support, our devoted teams sensitively afford each person we support with dignity and respect, actively promoting your freedom of choice. Through our holistic approach, you’ll be empowered to achieve a level of independence that’s right for you.

Our approach

We understand independence is unique to everyone, which is why we put you at the heart of your support, empowering you to make decisions about your care. When you join one of our dedicated nursing care homes, we’ll support you to manage your health, so you can focus on building a life that’s meaningful to you.

As your needs change or evolve, we’ll ensure our support remains flexible and is delivered in a consistent, safe, and nurturing way.
