Quality and clinical governance

We continuously monitor and review clinical processes using the quality reflective cycle to improve our quality of care. We strive to be responsive to the needs of our clients through regular care plan updates, attendance of MDT meetings and package reviews.

To enhance the safety and effectiveness of our care and support, we manage clinical incidents and complaints, reporting directly to Integrated Care Boards (ICBs), Local Authorities, and other governing bodies.

We conduct regular audits and complete reports in key areas, to ensure care is of a high quality. We review how we are meeting the needs of our clients and their families, as well as how we manage incidents and complaints, and if our care plans are proficient and up to date.

We provide our Healthcare Assistants with expert training tailored specifically to your child or young person’s individual needs. Our dedicated and experienced Clinical Case Managers continuously mentor your child or young person’s support team. New team members complete supervised shifts with Clinical Case Managers, who complete competency assessments before being signed off to deliver care.
