Our Home
Woodham Grange is a residential care home located in County Durham. Here we provide support up to eight individuals with learning and physical disabilities, epilepsy, cerebral palsy, and challenging behaviour.

The people we support are empowered to participate in activities of their choice, both at home and in the community.
Some of our favourite activities include going out for meals, theatre trips, shopping, visiting the seaside, and visiting working farms to interact with a variety of animals!
Facilities
Our two-storey home has been designed with accessibility in mind and is tailored to additional mobility needs. It’s complete with ceiling tracking hoists, a lift, and an adapted bathroom with adjustable bath.
We have spacious communal areas including a lounge, dining room, conservatory, and a large garden. The people we support have their own wheelchair swings and love to get involved in activities.

We also have an adapted vehicle giving every person we support the opportunity to explore the local community and places further afield.
