Located in Swindon, Westwood House provides support for up to ten people with varying needs, including learning disabilities, dual diagnoses, complex behaviour, and mental health needs.

Our team adopt a person-centred approach, ensuring the care and support we provide is tailored to meet individual needs and preferences.
Offering a transitional pathway back into the community, we empower the people we support to develop their living skills before moving on to greater independence in the future.
To support both skill development and building relationships in the community, we provide a wide range of activities centred on individual interests and passions. These include horse riding, attending the gym, dancing, football, cycling, and accessing clubs and social events in the evenings.
We also provide activities to support mental health needs, including sessions with a music therapist.
Facilities
Our home is a detached Victorian building with a gated entrance, surrounded by a beautiful garden.
Within our home, we have ten spacious bedrooms and a large kitchen, where several people can cook safely at one time. We also have two generously sized communal rooms, which are used for a range of activities, or simply just relaxing in.
Outside, our garden boasts plenty of outdoor seating, offering the people we support a tranquil setting for relaxation
