We encourage everyone to voice their opinions and choices on all aspects of their daily lives. We promote person-centred planning and treat everyone with respect and dignity at all times. We hold regular house meetings and individuals can choose to be part of the staff interview process or sit in on staff meetings.
We aim to give each individual the tools they need to improve their quality of life and the opportunity to try new activities, if they wish. One individual volunteers at a farm, working with the animals. Other people choose to access activities of their choice in the local community.
Facilities
Each person is supported to decorate and furnish their own room in line with their interests and preferences. We also have a large garden and a conservatory.
