Titchfield Lodge is a residential care home located in Fareham, Hampshire. We’re a specialist autism service accredited by the National Autistic Society (NAS). Our friendly home has been designed to support the complex needs of up to four individuals with learning disabilities, autism, epilepsy, and mental health needs.

Facilities
Our beautiful home has one ground floor bedroom and three first floor bedrooms. One bedroom has an en-suite facilities, and we also have aground floor wet room and shared first floor bathroom with a bath and walk in shower – great for personal care needs.
Our home has a range of communal areas, including our sensory area with calming lights, mirrors and comfy seating, where individuals can explore sensory interactions.
