The Knowls is a residential care homes located in Taunton, Somerset. We provide specialist care and support for up to 13 individuals with a range of learning and physical disabilities, brain injuries, autism, and challenging behaviour.

Our skilled team provide 24-hour support, using a person-centred approach to help the people we support live the life they choose!
We aim to empower the people we support to be as independent as possible by supporting them to develop daily living skills.
Facilities
The Knowls is a large home with lots of character. We have plenty of communal spaces including three lounges, a large dining area, an art room, two training kitchens and a main kitchen – available for everyone to use with the right supervision and support.
Our home also has two separate gardens, including a patio area – perfect for playing sports, having a barbeque, or just relaxing in the sun. We encourage those that enjoy gardening to grow their own vegetables in the garden area.
