Supporting You
Our team are fully trained in supporting individuals with learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs. We work with the people we support to create person-centred care plans ensuring individuals are empowered to live happy and fulfilled lives. We also encourage the people we support to develop daily living skills by encouraging participation in tasks around the home, including cooking, cleaning and laundry skills.
Facilities
Our home is made up of two separate houses connected by an accessible garden. Each house has shared communal areas, including a lounge, dining area and modern kitchen – perfect for in-house activities such as baking days and music sessions. The people we support love to socialise with each other, often enjoying group activities such as movie nights!

Community
We are a short walk away from Hounslow town centre, which is ideal for the people we support to visit local shops and explore the surrounding area. We enjoy engaging in the local community and regularly attend the community centre or head out to nearby Richmond Park.
The people we support take part in a range of activities, such as sports clubs, bowling, cycling, walks, seaside trips, gym, cinema and theatre. We also have a large service vehicle so we can go on day trips further afield such as visits to the beach!
