Located in Kent, Millstream House is a residential care home offering exceptional care and support for up to 22 individuals with brain injury non-rehabilitation, high levels of challenging behaviour and Huntington’s Disease.

Our dedicated, specially trained team provide compassionate and person-centred care to suit individual needs.
We work hard to ensure every person has access to the activities of their choice and can live as independently as possible.
Activities include swimming in a hydrotherapy pool, bowling, cinema visits and trips to the zoo! Millstream House is just five minutes from historic Rochester, hosting festivals and concerts throughout the year, which our residents enjoy.
Providing dedicated support at all hours, we have four wake night team members who complete two hourly checks throughout the night.
We support people’s health and happiness by maintaining open communication and family involvement whenever possible.
Facilities
Our home is spread across three floors with a flat on the top level overlooking the river Medway!
Our shared, communal areas include three lounges which are perfect for engaging and socialising with other housemates!
Millstream House has been built with accessibility in mind, fitted with a lift, ceiling tracking hoists and adjustable beds – making it the ideal place for those with mobility needs.
