Our Home
Hermitage Lane is a residential care home located in Wiltshire. Our team provides care and support for up to six people with learning disabilities, autism, epilepsy, and low levels of challenging behaviour.

We empower the people we support to live happy and fulfilling lives, creating personalised care plans tailored to their unique needs, goals, and interests. Promoting independence, our support encourages autonomy in decision making, so the people we support receive the right level of support for their needs while maintaining a level of independence that’s right for them.
We support individuals to be active and join in on home activities of their choice, such as music sessions, arts and crafts, parties, baking, coffee mornings and board games!
Within our home, we have one waking night team member and one sleep night team member, offering overnight support for our housemates.

Our detached home is made up of six bedrooms, all of which have private en-suite facilities.
We have a spacious kitchen, open plan lounge, dining room and a private garden to the rear of our home – great for watching the wildlife!

Community
The people we support enjoy getting out into the local community to foster a sense of independence and build social skills. Our current housemates enjoy going to the local Hydrotherapy pool, shops, bowling alley, and the library.
We benefit from nearby transport links, allowing us to enjoy trips further afield. We regularly visit attractions like the beach, zoo, and National Trust walks!
