Supporting you

Falcons Rest is a purpose-built home designed to meet the needs of people with a learning disability who also have a physical disability and/or sensory impairment. We work closely residents to help them achieve their aims and aspirations. We find even the smallest step forward can make a huge difference in the quality of a person’s life.

We aim to help everyone develop and maintain their own network of friends and relations by supporting home visits and inviting people to the service where possible.
