Our Home
At Calvert House, we offer residential support for up to eight adults with brain injuries. We are Headway accredited and provide support for both rehabilitation and non-rehabilitation needs, alongside challenging behaviour, learning disabilities, mental health needs and physical disabilities.
Supporting You
Our expert team work with individuals to improve their cognition, enhance their emotional wellbeing, and foster new independent living skills. Each person we support receives a rehabilitation plan tailored to their own unique needs, promoting goal attainment and regaining independence.
Our service is skilled in supporting people with brain injuries to increase their independence, supporting them to step down to independent accommodation when they’re ready.
Calvert House is also able to support individuals who may require long-term support. Regular reviews are held to ensure our support meets the evolving needs of the people we support as they progress along their rehabilitation pathways.
As part of our core therapy provision, we offer a range of therapies, collaborating with professional partners to deliver expert interventions. Our specialist therapy partners offer, Neuropsychology, Neuropsychiatry, Neuro physiotherapy, Neuro speech and language therapy, Neuro occupational therapy, Psychotherapy and Anger management
To further support independence, the people we support benefit from their own apartments, with access to a range of communal areas.
Each person is supported to develop their own activity timetable, which includes leisure, educational, social, and therapeutic activities to complement their goals and aspirations!
