Our Home
3 Barn Rise is a residential care home for up to six adults with learning disabilities, autism, epilepsy and mental health support needs. We currently have an all male residency at the home, but are open to having a female housemate move in.

Supporting you
We offer more than somewhere to live, this is somewhere for you to make your home. We work with you to find out your goals and how you prefer to communicate. You’ll be included in all decisions about your care and support, either directly or through your family or advocate. This could include choices about menus, activities or holiday destinations. You’ll also be involved in our staff recruitment processes to help us find the right people to work with you.
Each home offer opportunities for you to learn new skills, become more independent and try new experiences. As well as providing a full itinerary of in-house activities, such as craft sessions, music therapy or sensory sessions, we also encourage you to become active members of the community. This can include using local shops and cafes on a regular basis, looking for volunteering opportunities and attending courses at local colleges and libraries.
Facilities
Our two-storey detached home has one room on the ground floor with an en-suite bathroom and a shared ground floor shower room. We have five bedrooms on the first floor, one of which has an en-suite bathroom, and a shared bathroom for all other residents.
Our residents share spacious communal areas including a large living room with patio doors, kitchen, dining room and utility room. The vibrant garden is where you’ll often find us in the warmer months, planting seasonal flowers and herbs.

Located in the peaceful, residential area of Wembley, we are just a 15-minute walk from the high street and park. Here, you can find shops, hairdressers and our local pub.
Football fans will be pleased to hear that Wembley Stadium is on our doorstep! We also have a vehicle, which is perfect for trips further afield.
