Astbury View is a residential care home located in Bloxwich, Walsall, offering support for up to nine adults with cerebral palsy, Down’s syndrome, epilepsy, learning and physical disabilities and mental health needs.

We highly value the relationships the people we support have with their family and friends. Whether through scheduled visits or spontaneous drop-ins, we adapt to meet their needs. Our team can accompany individuals on family visits to ensure an enjoyable experience. Our goal is to help the people we support maintain these important relationships in a way that works best for them.

Facilities

We have shared communal areas, including a lounge for movie and karaoke nights, and a games room with a Wii, other game consoles and sensory lights for relaxation. There’s also a beauty bar where the people we support can enjoy massages, nail painting and more!

We have an activity room and a sensory room equipped with a bubble tube, various lights, and sounds.

Our large outdoor space is perfect for summer sports and garden parties.

Our Team

Our team are trained in various specialist needs to meet appropriately care for the people we support, such as skin integrity, pressure care, PEG feeding and epilepsy.

We prioritise the wellbeing and dignity of the people we support, ensuring they are at the centre of everything we do. We regularly review and update our person-centred plans to adapt to any changes in the lives of the people we support.
