At Rosslyn Crescent we offer support to four individuals with a learning disability, who may also have physical disabilities and complex needs, such as epilepsy. We can also provide respite services.

Community
Our home is located in Wembley and has good public transport links, offering easy access to local parks, pubs, restaurants and shops. We have a good relationship with the local community, who are very welcoming. People have the opportunity to take part in a variety of activities tailored to their needs and interests. These include games, days out, cookery sessions, music sessions and aromatherapy, provided by qualified therapists. There is a large garden to the rear of the house, which everyone who lives at the service makes good use of during the summer.
Our Team
Staff are well trained and always keep each person’s wishes and needs in mind. We take advice from a dietician to ensure everyone stays healthy and also receive input from a behaviour therapist, when needed. Support is delivered using person centred plans, with the involvement of family and friends, as well as the multidisciplinary team.
