24 St Marks Road is only 10 minutes from Derby city centre, and has good access to all local amenities. Our home provides comprehensive person-centred support for individuals with a learning disability, autism, physical disability and associated complex health care needs.

Within the home, each resident is encouraged to explore and engage in a weekly programme of activities to include opportunities for education, leisure, social and fun activities. We are passionate to make sure that all of the people we support are able to enjoy their lives and live as independent as possible, so we strive to support skill development. The support we provide is tailored to each resident, to ensure it is meaningful to them. We hold regular reviews to ensure that we are helping them to achieve their goals and have a fulfilling life.
Facilities
The home has eight bedrooms on the ground floor, all with en-suite facilities and overhead hoists. There is also a self-contained flat for people who are preparing for transition into supported living. We have a hydro bath, shower room with shower trolley, a large lounge, a kitchen and a dining room. There is a large garden to the rear of the service with plenty of space for barbecues and parties. The home and garden are both fully accessible for wheelchair users.
