At Voyage Care, we’re passionate about delivering great quality care and support to vulnerable people across the UK. Built on compassion and understanding, everything we do is driven by our ambition: to co-create vibrant, inclusive communities where individuality is celebrated and people are empowered to be the best versions of themselves.

Everything we do is shaped by the needs and voices of those at the heart of our care – the people we support and their loved ones. That’s why our values were developed with them, to reflect what really matters.

Our values highlight the behaviours and attitudes we believe everyone at Voyage Care should live by. They unite us across teams, services and roles, creating a shared sense of purpose and a clear framework for delivering consistent, person-centred care. We call this our ETHOS.

Our ETHOS

When creating our values, we knew they had to feel meaningful and accessible — not just to us, but to the people we support. So, with their input, we brought them to life through a group of friendly, easy-to-relate-to characters. Each one represents a core value and helps make our ETHOS more engaging, memorable, and inclusive for everyone.

These values are tightly woven into the fabric of our business. From our Group Support colleagues, through to our front-line support teams, each member of Voyage Care is dedicated to our ETHOS and ensuring the people we support can lead fulfilling lives.

Demonstrating our values

Demonstrating our commitment to our values and purpose, we continuously plan and review our care and support approach, recruit colleagues who share our vision for supporting others, and conduct internal quality audits to ensure we’re all working together to promote our values.

We’re also committed to continuous learning and development for our colleagues, supporting them to nurture their talents and interests, and achieve success. Through appraisals and our Voyage Excellence Awards, we foster a collaborative culture, promote recognition, and reward our colleagues for their hard work.
