Our values highlight the behaviours and attitudes we believe everyone at Voyage Care should live by. They unite us across teams, services and roles, creating a shared sense of purpose and a clear framework for delivering consistent, person-centred care. We call this our ETHOS.
Our ETHOS
When creating our values, we knew they had to feel meaningful and accessible — not just to us, but to the people we support. So, with their input, we brought them to life through a group of friendly, easy-to-relate-to characters. Demonstrating our commitment to our values and purpose, we continuously plan and review our care and support approach, recruit colleagues who share our vision for supporting others, and conduct internal quality audits to ensure we’re all working together to promote our values.
We’re also committed to continuous learning and development for our colleagues, supporting them to nurture their talents and interests, and achieve success. Through appraisals and our Voyage Excellence Awards, we foster a collaborative culture, promote recognition, and reward our colleagues for their hard work.
