About us

With over 35 years of experience, we’re proud to support more than 3,500 people with learning disabilities, autism, brain injuries, and other complex needs across the UK.

At the heart of what we do is a simple but powerful purpose: fulfilling lives for all. For us, that means more than delivering care, it means supporting people to build lives filled with meaning, independence, and connection.

Our support

We offer flexible support options for people with a range of complex needs. From autism support to brain injury rehabilitation, our care and support pathways are designed to fulfil individual needs, circumstances, values, and preferences. From supporting people in the community or at home, to welcoming new housemates to our registered care homes, our expert support is available in a variety of settings.

Every day, we empower people to live more independently and pursue opportunities that are meaningful to them. We look beyond labels and embrace each unique individual, focusing on their strengths, skills, and abilities. We passionately advocate for equal opportunities and help the people we support to live life as they choose in their community.

Our teams

Guided by experts, we train our teams to provide effective care for a variety of needs so they can deliver informed, compassionate support to people across the UK. Our support teams embrace individuality and empower people to be the best versions of themselves.

Within our services, our family-focused culture ensures that the people we support are treated with dignity and respect by dedicated and empathetic teams who are trained to provider personalised care.
